Eendenkooi Spang

This is your chance to visit a duck decoy. During the Wadden Islands Bird Festival, volunteers from Natuurmonumenten will give free guided tours of Eendenkooi Spang. Hear how this decoy was previously used to catch ducks. Nowadays the area is a peaceful area for wildlife and home to species such as Buzzard, Goshawk, Spotted Flycatcher, Icterine Warbler and Kingfisher.
In addition to during the Wadden Islands Bird Festival, this duck decoy can be visited on Saturdays from late April to early September.
