Volunteers needed

On 12 and 13 May 2018, the National Park Dunes of Texel and the Bird Information Centre Texel are organising the third annual Wadden Islands Bird Festival. In order to make this possible we rely on the help of volunteers. We would particularly welcome help from volunteers who have a lot of birdwatching experience. We are looking for people to provide information to visitors at the birdwatching points. Therefore, knowledge of the birds is important. In addition, we can always use experienced birdwatchers to guide one of the excursions. There are also various other tasks, such as transporting things between the birdwatching points, or giving assistance to the Big Day teams. We can always do with help from volunteers so please contact us if you would like to help.
